Our AC stopped blowing cold air and he was recommended by our neighbors. We have over a week of 105+ temps ahead of us so I was really worried about getting it looked at. Called and he said he could squeeze us in same day, was here 2 hours later. Quickly figured out the problem and was able to repair without costing us an arm and a leg. Will definitely be calling him when we replace the system.

I am so appreciative of Christian for coming out and helping with my air conditioner. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain what was going on and make sure everything was taken care of. He was respectful and provided excellent service from start to finish. It’s refreshing to have someone who truly cares about helping their customers. I highly recommend Christian and appreciate the great work he did!

I called this HVAC company for a second opinion after being told I needed to replace a part on my AC unit. They took the time to thoroughly inspect the system, explain what they found, and most importantly, they were honest. They backed up their findings with tangible evidence and showed me exactly what was happening with my system, which gave me confidence in their diagnosis. It turned out the part was working perfectly fine and did not need to be replaced, which saved me a significant amount of money. Their technician was knowledgeable, professional, and never tried to upsell unnecessary repair. Best of all, my AC has been working great ever since. If you’re looking for an HVAC company that is trustworthy, thorough, transparent, and puts customers first, I highly recommend them.

I turned on my cooler for the first time this year and, of course, on our first 100 degree day, the pump went out so it just put out hot air. This morning Pierce and Mathew from Power Performance and Air showed up hours ahead of schedule and went the extra mile for me to get it fixed before the heat of the day! These guys were awesome! Polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
